If you have trouble while taking the test (i.e. you cannot submit an answer, the test will not load properly, etc.)
- Make sure your computer satisfies the minimum requirements to take the test. Look at the table under the "All other Higher Education course products" section at http://www.aleks.com/support/system_requirements.

- If this still does not resolve your problem, fill out the support form at http://support.aleks.com/assess_placement/ to have an ALEKS support staff member contact you; or, contact them at: (714) 619-7090 and be sure to ask for the placement department.
